Lunch: low-fat cheese, a slice of bread, and 1 tomato
Dinner: a piece of chicken and one bowl of salad
Thursday
Breakfast: 2 eggs and any 1 fruit
Lunch: Any one fruit
Dinner: one bowl of salad and steamed chicken
Friday
Breakfast: 2 eggs and any 1 fruit
Lunch: 2 eggs and some veggies (steamed)
Dinner: barbequed fish and one salad bowl
Saturday
Breakfast: 2 eggs and any one fruit
Lunch: fruit
Dinner: one bowl of salad and a piece of chicken
Sunday
Breakfast: 2 eggs and any one fruit
Lunch: chicken, vegetables (steamed) and one bowl of tomatoes
Dinner: steamed vegetables

Week 2

Breakfast for week 2 is the same: 2 eggs and one piece of fruit

Monday
Lunch: chicken meat and one bowl of salad
Dinner: 2 eggs, 1 orange, and a bowl of salad
Tuesday
Lunch: 2 eggs and one bowl of vegetable (steamed)
Dinner: barbequed fish and one bowl of salad
Wednesday
Lunch: a piece of chicken and a bowl of salad
Dinner: 2 eggs and 1 orange
Thursday
Lunch: low fat cheese, 2 eggs, and vegetables (steamed)
Dinner: one bowl of salad and a piece of chicken
Friday
Lunch: tuna salad 1 bowl
Dinner: 2 eggs and one bowl of salad
Saturday
Lunch: 2 eggs and fruits
Dinner: fruit
Sunday
Lunch: chicken and steamed vegetables
Dinner: keep it same as the lunch
